When we think of abuse or domestic violence, we don’t often hear or think about the man being the victim. It’s usually the female who is the reported sufferer. Apparently of late its clear men are also victims of spousal abuse, as well. Apparently some people don’t want heirs and the thought of having children disturbs them. Veteran Kenyan singer Lenson Njuki also known as Mr. Lenny, has revealed that he once told his wife that he does not want to have children. What exactly could be his reason behind such utterance? In an exclusive interview with a journalist, Mr. Lenny explained that he grew up seeing his parents fight physically quite often and it affected him emotionally and psychologically. Domestic abuse and violence can happen to anyone yet most of the time the problem is overlooked, excused or denied. For violence to be assumed in such a manner, it is mostly psychological, rather than physical. Can you imagine living in fear of the person you love? Quite tormenting.
